We were shocked and saddened to hear the news that the Williamson Tunnels Heritage Centre, run by the Joseph Williamson Society, have finally had to make the decision to close the Heritage Centre from the 20th December 2026 after 30 years.

For clarity, the Friends of Williamson’s Tunnels is a separate organisation. we continue to operate on our own sections of the tunnels and remain open for tours.
