“The Lancashire Witches” by Tina Naples.
Our guest speaker on the night will be Tina Naples, who will talk about “The Lancashire Witches”.
“Although my academic background is in early modern literature, I am happier as an enthusiastic amateur historian these days. I became interested in witchcraft whilst studying for my MA and have been fascinated ever since. I enjoy giving talks on historical subjects. I am a busy member of Durham & district u3a where I am involved in several interest groups, including history.”
