Underground music hits the heights

Back in March, musician Ciara Owens performed and recorded tunes in the Tunnels as part of a project to produce a CD of music in acoustically interesting locations. Armed with her Banjo, Ciara recorded 2 songs for this upcoming CD.

“Locations” by various artists is now finished, with 11 music tracks, including the two which Ciara recorded in the Banqueting Hall.

The two instrumental banjo songs recorded in the tunnels are titled “The Maid of Mont Cisco” and “The Spotted Dog Set”.

The CD can be bought direct from us on Mason Street for £10.00 or by post for an additional £1.00 p&p.
