Up next: FOWT members meeting – 12th April on Zoom

Our members meetings over Zoom are going down a storm. Make a note in your calendar for the next one on Monday 12th April, 2021. As well as an update from the committee on the latest news from the Williamson Tunnels, we’ve a great talk about the Mersey Ferries, from guest speaker James Seddon of the Mersey Ferries Heritage Society.

James has had a great interest in the history of the Mersey Ferries for many years. Together with Billy Taylor and Captain Dave Langton, he set up the Mersey Ferries Heritage Society in 2012. His talk will tell the fascinating history of the Mersey Ferries and some of the best known vessels such as the Royal Iris.

Get on the invitation list via our form and we’ll email you the Zoom joining details before the meeting. You don’t have to be a member of FoWT to join these meetings – everyone’s welcome.

If you like the look of our full list of 2021 talks, make sure you’re on the invitation list. See you on 12th April!
