Information for visitors – How to book places:
Each visit to our Paddington site takes just under an hour. There are seven sessions each day, starting on the hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are a lot of stairs, and the walls might occasionally be a bit damp, so please wear easily-washed clothes, and stout shoes. The site is suitable for anyone who can walk up and down stairs unaided (one short stretch has no handrail). Children should be accompanied by at least one adult.
The visits will start and end at our Mason street site postcode L7 3EW, which is just a short walk from the Paddington site; advice about parking will be included in our confirmation of your booking.
To book your places call 07906 935 769 and speak to Lynn or leave a message. Alternatively, send an e-mail Claire directly firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form below.
Your message should tell us all of the following:
Date and time you wish to visit, and how many places you will require (up to ten people in each session). We need your name (including title), phone number(s), e-mail address
(or if you are not on e-mail, either your home address or where you may be staying during Heritage Weekend(s): this address information helps us to make sensible suggestions especially if we can, at short notice, offer you places which have been cancelled at the last-minute.
Once we have confirmed your booking, it is important that you keep in touch and let us know as soon as possible (even up to the last minute) if you are unable to attend. That will permit us to offer your places to someone else. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, but remember that nearer the HOD weekends, it is worth contacting us to see if there have been any cancellations.
